If user wants to reassign a lead to a team, he navigates to Action Button menu and selects Reassign to TeamA sales lead can be reassigned to a Team. The reassignment action is allowed for users that have specific authorization to do so (BC 1851)
In the popup window the user completes must fill-out the following mandatory fields:
- Branch - Τhe The branch to which the group belongsreassignment will be done.
- Location -The Location The location to which the group belongsreassignment will be done.
- Team - The team to which the user wants to assign the Leadreassignment will be done.
