Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to app (https://sit-proaxia-vss5.onedealer.com/ - ezwardi.tengku@proaxia-consulting.com/123!)
  2. Create a lead
  3. Select Create Offer -> Create Order -> Order Customer Concerns
  4. Select estimation date and CCs
  5. Click on save

Actual Result

Estimation date for customer concerns is not included in the payload

In the Lead module and in state Order the user can select to 'Order Customer Concerns'

In the pop up the user can select estimated completion date and customer concerns

User can add Estimated Completion Date and Customer Concern. After saving the transition a request has been created from DSW to DMS with all the information about the customer concerns and with the Estimated Completion Date.
