now i see values in the mapping:

But if i want to map something Carlo doesn't receive a mapping-Request for this (and as a result i don't see DMS-Values to map in DSW).

CP salutation is not relevant to DMS but only the Letter salutation field which are based on IDMS_SALUTATION table instead of IDMS_CPSALUTATION. The CPSALUTATION Table configuration is used internally only.

Due the latter, Carlo does not receive a mapping request because there is no such endpoint exposed to provide the values from Carlo

So how can this be solved? Only if we create the IDMS_Salutations with exact the same code(s) as they are existing in Carlo?

Stefan Podboj: Hello Stefan, for every CP we are going to use the following salutations: 

1) Title: Mapped as Academic title

2) Letter salutation: IDMS_Salutation without Mapping, I have added the value Frau which obviously you have in your salutations and we received 200. Please check the Helena Mirren CP.

we will delete the code-numbers in the prod and we will create records with your values, so no mapping will be needed. see screenshot attached

tested - ok.

Baris Oezhan, Toni Feldinger, that means we only have a mapping for Titles but not for Salutations in the future.
