Except the possibility to enter percentage or amount discount on a item line level, the user can add discount in the totaling block of the sales offer.
The set-up key: DistributeOfferDiscountOnlyToVehicle (true/false) controls how the total discount will affect the detail items of the offer,
If the key is set to false (default value) then when the user modifies a discount for the offer, it will be distributed to all items of the offer that can take discounts. (i.e. registration fee should not be affected).
If the key is set to true then, then the total discount in the offer will not be distributed and will affect only the Vehicle line.
If there is a discount already applied in the item lines of the offer, and the user applies a total discount in the totaling block and the line discount will be overwritten by the new calculated discount.
