Independently of the source of the VOI, the sales lead process is the same and it is controlled by the Workflow. If the user has Team Assignment authority, then during the creation of a lead, he can assign the lead to a specific branch and team, by selecting from the drop-down lists respectively. The user can also alter the Source and the Channel of the lead. 

The user with the Team Assignment authority, can also assign the lead to himself and continue with the lead process. 


In the main page of a Sales Lead, there are 6 Tabs available: 

  • Overview: Contains information about the Business Partner, the Contact Person, and the Sales Advisor. 
  • Activities: the main form used for all the different activities that can take place during the sales process 
  • Vehicles: Information about the VOI or the VOIs (more than one) included in the Lead. In more detail the user can see the standard and extra options, the price breakdown for each of the VOIs. 


  • Trade-In: the detailed information about the trade-in car (if included in the lead) 
  • Related: All the documents, and notifications produced from the workflow activities
  • Collaboration: communication with other users of the system regarding the specific sales lead 
  • Details: 
  • Gross Margin: the gross margin calculation form
