General Description of the Feature


Business Benefit

Possibility to send customer concerns linked with Document Items or manually selected, via API to the DMS through the Sales Lead / Opportunity.


Configuration 

Business Cases:

  • 12328 - Service CC Visibility (tab and item list): Provides permission to display the field “Customer Concern” in the Item Gridlist, and the “Service Orders” tab in the Lead/Opportunity Page.

Setup Keys:

  • ServOrderClosedCCStatus: must be configured to have a value equal to the "Closed" CCStatus Option Code, as defined in the Option Field setup. 
  • SalesServiceCCMainGroupCode: must be configured to have value equal to a "Main Group" Code (~/CustomerConcern/CustomerConcernGroupList)  

Option Fields:

  • Service Type: Entity Name: "CustomerConcern" - Field: "ServiceType"
  • Sales Service Job Order Status: Entity Name: "CustomerConcern" - Field: "SalesServiceJobOrderStatus"
  • Sales Service CCStatus: Entity Name: "CustomerConcern" - Field: "SalesServiceCCStatus"

Workflow:

Validations

  • "CheckForOrderAndVehicleExistenceRelatedToVOI": Returns true if there is a vehicle and an order connected to this VOI. Else it returns a relevant message.

Transition Required Views

  • ODP_OrderCustomerConcerns - Customer Concerns and Estimated Completion Date selection after order: Opens a popup with a Date field "Estimated Completion Date" and a multi-selection control of CCs.

External Functions

  • SL_SendSalesOrderCCs - Send Sales Order CC data to the opposite system through ODIL: This function utilizes the data from the required view and executes the necessary calls through ODIL.
