General Description of the Feature

This feature deals with an enhancement during the process of a lead. Specifically by signing the order, sales person can change the payment method.

By clicking in Actions button select the new option "Payment Overview" and then a pop up is displayed

After the sales person can choose new payment methods for the existing lead without the need of a new offer/order

Business Benefit

This feature helps sales advisors for an easier and faster way for the lead's process

Configuration 

It is necessary a coupled environment only with a XIOMA integration. (eg. https://dsw-tgh-uat.onedealer.com//InquiryBuffer/InquiryBufferGridList )

Business Cases:

  • 9405: Vehicle Payment form. Gives access to the user on the Sales Process page to view the menu action “Payment Overview”
