General Description of the Feature
This Feature deals with a new enhancement on the feature Trade-In Amount Calculation handling.
The following enhancements are implemented:
1._Purchase Info Tab within the Purchase Lead
At the Purchase Info tab 2 new fields are introduced:
- Purchase Price calculated excl. Repair Costs
- “Purchase Price calculated excl. Repair Costs” contain the value from the field “Calculated Trade In price excl. Repair Costs” in the related Sales Lead/Opportunity Trade In tab.
- Repair Costs
- “Repair Costs” contain the value from the field “Repair Costs” in the related Sales Lead/Opportunity Trade In tab.
- The field “Purchase Price calculated” in the Purchase Lead equals the field Calculated Trade In price in Sales Lead / Opportunity.
Note:
The field “Purchase Price calculated” is updated whenever the fields “Purchase Price calculated excl. Repair Costs” and “Repair Costs” are updated in the related Sales Lead / Opportunity.
- “Purchase Price calculated excl. Repair Costs” = “Calculated Trade In price excl. Repair Costs” in the related Sales Lead / Opportunity.
- “Repair Costs” = “Repair Costs” in the related Sales Lead / Opportunity.

2._New upload action “Upload Trade In Vehicle file” for Trade-In vehicle files at the Sales Lead/Opportunity page.
From the action “Upload Trade In Vehicle file” the user can upload files which are related with the Sales Lead/Opportunity and the uploaded files can be found at the section of the Trade In files in Related tab.
The uploaded files for the Trade-In vehicles are at the related tab of the Sales Lead/Opportunity and the user has the possibility to delete them.
3._Purchase Lead Related Files Trade-in Section
At the Related tab of the Purchase Lead under the section “Trade-In Files” the User can find the files which was uploaded from the related Sales Lead/Opportunity.
The files here are listed as “read-only”.
The User cannot delete them from the Purchase Lead but only from the related Sales Lead/Opportunity.
Business Benefit
The User "Sales Executive" manages the Trade In vehicle information’s in the Sales Lead/Opportunity and in the related Purchase Leads in an automated, fastest, and most controlled manner and according to the company's strategy, during the Trade-In in the Sales Lead - Offer Process.

- Business Case = "6002" / Business case for the action “Upload Trade In Vehicle file”
Setup Key’s:
- AcceptedTradeInVehicleFileTypes
Note: All the file types are accepted from the action. But the file types that are accepted now at the Trade-In popup are hardcoded and are the follow:
.pdf,.png,.jpg,.txt,.jpeg,.doc,.docm,.docx,.dot,.dotm,.rtf,.xlsx,.xlsm,.xlsb,.xltx,.xltm,.xlt,.xls,.mp4,.gif,.avi,.jpeg
The limit default size of the uploaded trade-in file by default is 4MB.
