The temperature is an indicator of how likely the Opportunity is to successfully end as a case won.
In order to change the temperature, user selects the option Change Temperature from Action Button menu.
From Cold : which is the option with the lowest probability of a successful Opportunity, to Hot : which is the option with the highest probability of an Opportunity.
