The retention wf should start automatically if the case is won or lost.

However a user can also start it manually.

In order to manually start a retention workflow, one should go to a Lead or Opportunity and from the actions menu select the "Start Retention WF".


Basic Functionality:

A popup will open for selection of the retention start date and then the WF will be created.
The WF will be assigned to a user set in the setup table.
