With this selection the user is redirected to a page, where it is possible to select for each of the consents available, the channels that the customer agrees to be contacted. With this action, the user can load the appropriate template from the relevant drop-down list, and ask the customer to digitally sign where required.

The signed document along with the agreed consents/channels are stored in the system and are available in the tab DATA PRIVACY at the BP card page.
