With this action the user is redirected to a page, where it is possible to select for each of the consents available, the channels that the customer agrees to be contacted by the dealers' employees.
On the same page the user can also select from which OEMs the customer agrees to be also contacted.
The Consents are configurable but the Channels of Communication are standard: SMS, POST, EMAIL, or TELEPHONE.
After selecting the channels for the available consents, the user must check the box 'The customer has signed the current privacy policy' and save the selection, and continue with the upload of the signed GDPR document by selecting a file after clicking on the button UPLOAD files. After uploading the selected document, the user can save the consents by clicking on the save button.
The consents, and the signed document are stored and available in the tab Data Privacy at the BP card page.
