The temperature is an indicator of how likely the Lead is to successfully end as a case won.
In order to change the temperature, user selects the option Change Temperature from Action Button menu.
From Cold : which is the option with the lowest probability of a successful Lead, to Hot : which is the option with the highest probability of a Lead.
