02.1 Contact Person

With this selection the user can add a Contact Person.

In order to add a Contact person, the user must fill-out the following fields.

• Contact
  
  • First Name - mandatory field
  • Last Name - mandatory field
  • Email - mandatory field. In case there is no email, the user must select one of the following check boxes:   

                      1. No E-Mail Address available     

                      2. No E-Mail Address provided
