With this selection of Menu Action button Actions>>Add Related>>New Task user creates a task related with an Opportunity.

In order to  create a task user completes the following fields:

  • Title: A title Related to the task
  • Date: The date and the time that the task must be accomplished. 
  • Create Activity in Calendar: If activated, this task will be displayed at the assignee's calendar.
  • Task Category Select any category from the drop-down list. Categories are not mandatory. 
  • Task Reason: Select any Reason from the drop-down list. Reasons are not mandatory. 
  • Priority : Finally user must selects the Priority of the  Task.
  • Assign to User: The task can be assigned to a specific user. 

    or 

    Assign to Team: The task can be also assigned to a team. 

    The user-creator of the task must have the authority by business case to perform both assignments. 

    Related to: By default the task is linked with the Opportunity for which is created. 

    To save the task the user must click the  button.

    All tasks created, are listed in the tab Related under the group Tasks. 

After completing all the information user clicks Save button.

Tasks are displayed in Related Tab.
