01.8 Appointment

With this action the user can create a workshop appointment for the specific business partner. 

In the pop-up form the user must fill-out the following information: 

• Select the main contact person from the drop-down list 
• Select one car from the drop-down list of BP's owned or sponsored cars 
• Enter the current mileage of the selected car. 
• Select the appointment date and time according to the customer's preference 
• Select the Service Advisor that will perform the reception of the car 
• The type is by default filled-out with the value Appointment
• Select the source and the channel of this Appointment request.

In order to save the appointment the user must click the  button.
