With this action the user can create a callback request for the specific Business Partner. 

In the pop-up form the following fields must be filled-out: 

  1. The contact person from the contact persons' grid list 
  2. The date and the time of the call
  3. The employee that will be assigned with the callback request 
  4. The Notes, free text for any additional information needed for the call.


In order to save and assign the callback request the user must save the information by clicking on the  button.
