With the selection of the Create → Multi-Unit Sales Lead action from the Action button of the Business Partner card page, users are able to start the process of creating a new Multi-Unit Sales Lead. All the "Create Multi-Unit Sales Lead" action buttons are controlled from the Business Case: 9386
Such a Lead to be created, requires a Business Partner selection (which is implied since we are starting the process from a Business Partner page) and the addition of some important information. When the action is selected, the creation pop-up window is displayed, the user can fill out the data/fields in the form and create the Multi-Unit Sales Lead entity by selecting the Confirm button.
The creation pop-up includes the following fields:

| Name | Read-only field - gets automatically filled with the "Name" of the Business Partner. |
| Contact Person | Drop-down - includes all the Contact Persons related with this Business Partner. The field is pre-filled with the Main Contact Person. |
| Fleet Type | Drop-down - includes the Fleet Type values from Option fields (EntityName: BusinessPartner - Field: FleetType). The field gets pre-filled based on the Fleet Type value of the selected Business Partner, if any. |
| Fleet Segment | Drop-down - includes the Fleet Segment values from Option fields (EntityName: BusinessPartner - Field: FleetSegment). The field gets pre-filled based on the Fleet Segment value of the selected Business Partner, if any. |
| Channel | Drop-down - includes available Channels based on the configured Interest Type: Multi-Unit Sale Lead. | Vehicle Type | Drop-down - Possible values: New or Used. The value selected, controls the behavior of actions available for the vehicles that will be added later on in the Multi-Unite Sales Lead. (version: 3.4 - only "New" value is valid) |
| Makes | Drop-down - includes all the available Makes based on the user Dimension Permissions. The Make that will be selected in this field, will control the "Add Vehicle" action in the Multi-Unit Sales Lead, after its creation, if the Setup Key "WholesaleLeadShowAllMakes = False". |
| Currencies | Drop-down - includes all the available Currencies. Pre-selected is always the related Business Partner Currency. |
