01 CP - Tab: Contact Person

This tab contains information for a Contact Person that is linked and related to a Business Partner. 

The fields in this tab are grouped under the following sections and below the most important fields are listed:

• Contact
  • First Name - This field Is mandatory. 
    
  • Last Name - This field Is mandatory. 
  • Mobile Phone - The mobile phone number without the international country code, since the country is pre-selected from the drop-down list. 
  • Email - This field is mandatory. In case there is no email, the user must select one of the following check boxes:
    No E-Mail Address available
    No E-Mail Address provided 
  • Gender - It is a mandatory field. Can be selected from the drop-down list of available Genders. Gender is an option field. 

In order to save any changes in this tab the user selects Save  button on the bottom right corner.
