Description	Create a document of type Damage Report based on the Purchase Lead damage lines
Dependencies	Existence of any damage lines
DSW Printing Setup	If the print provider for this type is set to "OD Internal" (Check Setup Print Providers), then the printed document is sent to the OD Notification Server for rendering. To check how you should name the document in the Notification Server, check the Document type mapping table in Workflow Document Template , where DocumentType is equal to 'DamageReport'.
