2. Since there is no contact matched for this specific phone number, the user is redirected to a screen with all contacts.

As an action the user can now link a customer (or create a new one) with this call

Once the user selects a BP, the flyout looks like this:


The user can click on the green icon inside the flyout to begin recording that the call is in progress. You can click the flyout at any time from any other tab in order to see the call status and details.

You can click on the red button to end the call.

3. Call History

By navigating to the BP 360 view, you can see all relevant calls int he activities widget


By clicking in the call, you are redirected to the call record history.
