B6. 03_15_BP - Tab: Contact Person

The tab Contact Person contains detail information about the Contact Person. Ιf the CP is linked to a private BP then the same fields are filled-out from the BP card and vice  versa. 

Tab Details

The fields in this tab are grouped under the following sections:

• Contact
  • Title -  Can be selected From the drop-down list of available Titles ( Dr, Miss, Mr, Mrs, and Prof)
  • Business Partner - Is pre-field with with the name of the Business Partner. When click-in in the field, it redirects the user to the BP card page. 
  • Letter Salutation - Can be selected from the drop-down list of available salutations. Can be used in smart notification or document templates. 
  • Salutation - Can be selected from the drop-down list of available salutations.
  • First Name - This field is mandatory. 
    
  • Middle Name - This field is not mandatory.
  • Last Name -This field is mandatory. 
  • Telephone 1 - The phone number of the CP without the international country code, since the country is pre-selected from the drop-down list. 
  • Mobile Phone - The mobile phone number of the CP without the international country code, since the country is pre-selected from the drop-down list. 
  • Email - This field is mandatory. In case there is no email, the user must select one of the following check boxes:
    No E-Mail Address available
    No E-Mail Address provided 
  • Vocative First Name - The field is not mandatory. 
  • Vocative Last Name - This field is not by default mandatory.
  • Gender - it is by default a mandatory field. Can be selected from the drop-down list of available Genders. The gender field is an option field and values can be altered or enhanced.
  • Identity Card Number - Not a mandatory field.
  • Date of Birth - By default not mandatory.
  • Driving License Number - The field is not mandatory.
  • License Date - The field is not mandatory and is related to the license date of the driving license. 
  • Industrial Sector - The field can be selected from the drop-down list of available sectors. Not mandatory.

  • Pricelist - The price list is filled-out during the creation of CP based on the set-up key:DefaultBPPriceList. The user however, can alter the price list by selecting one from the drop-down list. 

  • Last Audit date: The last audit date of the Business Partner data stored in DSW. It is a field updated from the respective audit process. 
  • Last audit user: The user that has performed the last audit of the BP data stored in DSW. 
• Communication
  Various communication means can be selected from the drop-down list and fill-out the relevant information.
• Social Networks
  Various Social Networks can be selected from the drop down list and filled-out accordingly (LinkedIn URL, Facebook URL etc..).
  
• Additional Data
  • Citizenship - The field is completed with the Nationality of the contact person. 
  • User Segmentation: informative field. 

in order to save changes of this tab user selects Save  button on the bottom right of the form.
