One of the main sales activities controlled by the workflow is the SALES OFFER. For one sales lead, with one or multiple VOIs, the user can create more than one sales offers. 

This activity triggers the creation of the Sales Offer document based on a smart template. 

The sales offer form contains a lot of information that is important to conclude with the final offer to the customer. 

Depending on the user selection, and the GDPR consents signed by the customer, the offer can be sent to the customer via email.
