One interest type available for a Make is the Configurator. If the VOI is selected from this interest type, the user is redirected to the Configurator Application to configure a car.
The Make, the Family, the Model as well as the Options and all prices found in the Configurator are based on the relevant data stored in DSW. The data are provided to DSW in the Model tree file which is uploaded on request.
In the Configurator, the user can select the Family, the Model and then configure the car by selecting options from the available ones. When finishing the configuration, the system summarizes the prices as a result of the configuration, and then the Sales Lead is Created.
In the right side bar, the configured VOI is shown, with the pricing breakdown. When navigating to the tab Options, the list of standard and extra features is shown.
